Agility WHAT?!
There are a lot of breeds competing in agility.  Sometimes, it just doesn't seem that way.  Here, I'd like to celebrate a few of the less common agility breeds.

Like, for instance....
Harriers!

Susan Sterbank has just (summer, 2002) started competing with the Handsome Hounds, Hugh and Monroe!

Hugh earned his NA and one leg towards his NAJ before switching to Preferred class.  He has his NAP, NAJP, one leg towards his Open standard preferred, and a NADAC title- Novice standard veterans.
Monroe has her NA, one leg towards her NAJ, and one leg towards her OA.

For more information on Harriers, visit the Harrier Club of America.

Sprocket, in a rare moment of repose, with Tully & Ellie
Australian Kelpie!
OK, Sprocket here isn't actually competing yet.  But, she takes classes at the same place we do, and I can't wait to see her in the ring!  One fast dog!
Here are some sites dedicated to specific, unusual agility breeds:

Great Danes!
Pharoah Hounds
This is all I have so far, but I'm hoping to soon have more!  Anybody who runs an unusual breed in agility, I'd love to have photos and/or brags about your dogs, to put up on this page!  I'd especially like the truly unusual, but I'll take anything except those certain few breeds... (you know who you are!)

Everyone else, please:
Send me stuff!
Boxer!
Diane Linthicum's Rocky is currently the only white Boxer competing in the Pacific Northwest.  Very few Boxers compete in this area at all.

Rocky has his UKC Agility I title, and has done some NADAC competition.

Go, Rocky!
