This site is dedicated to Staffordshire Bull Terriers everywhere.
After years of waiting to be ready to add a dog to my life, I found Elmo through a Stafford rescue person in Michigan. After convincing her I was a worthy home (and I'm glad she is picky!), Elmo was shipped to me here in Portland, Oregon. He arrived on May 23, 2000.
He is the best thing that ever happened to me. What a fantastic dog!
I have gotten so upset at recent events, particularly in Germany, that I wrote this story. Please be warned: despite how it may seem at first, this story is NOT for children!
Enjoy our site. Browse around- there's lots to see, and I'm always adding! Enjoy the photos on the "101 Uses" and the "What Staffords Do..." pages (and, if you enjoy all the bull breeds, I've got some good photos on the SEBU page too...); read more about the lives of my goofy dogs, including Elmo's obedience/agility career- I've got some interesting tables in the obedience section, comparing different breeds achievements in the obedience and agility rings. For more Stafford fun, the "Staffords in Literature" page lists books you can find that feature Staffords, as well as links to Stafford stories on the web (including my own fairy tale) For the Staffanatic, my "Links" page has an extensive listing of all the shopping sites I've been able to locate with Stafford merchandise; plus, of course, there are some links to sites with more practical Stafford information (as opposed to my general goofiness.)
To find your way back to this page, you can always trust the Gentleman- Ch. Gentleman Jim on the "Home" button, which you'll find on each page. (except for a couple pop-up pages, which you just close when done viewing).
We'd love to have you sign our guest book! Thanks for stopping by!
PS: If you're STILL looking for fun with Staffords, I recommend you visit our friend Andrina Morton's site: SBT Fun!
